which govern the relationship between the Seller and the Customer.
Products
GILDA offers physical garments produced in limited quantities.
Some pieces are unique and available as part of specific drops,
while others are offered in selected sizes and color variations.
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes.
Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings,
and the nature of materials.
Orders and payments
Orders are placed through the website by selecting the desired items and completing the checkout process.
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
All payments are securely processed through certified platforms.
GILDA does not store payment information.
Prices
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Bartolini (BRT).
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 4–5 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Shipping is free for orders on Milan.
Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU regulations, customers have the right to withdraw
from their purchase within 15 days of receiving the order.
Return conditions:
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, and with original tags
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be shipped back within 5 days after approval
- Return shipping is free
Once the returned item has been inspected,
a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
All products are eligible for return.

Personal data is collected and processed solely for purposes related to order fulfillment and, where consent is given, for marketing communications.
